Meditation and Exercise

I
find it difficult to sit and quiet my mind; EXCEPT, after a really
great workout. After I have released the "pent up or stored"
energy in my body, it is much easier for me to meditate. PLUS,
I'm already in a "high" state from the workout (so it's
like I've got a "jump-start" on the meditation).
